Terms of Sale (Digital Products)

These terms apply to digital products sold under GoGoodHealth (PDFs and similar downloads), including via Gumroad. Publisher: GoGoodHealth. Contact: hello@gogoodhealth.com.

Products

Products are digital downloads (e.g. checklists, playbooks). No physical shipping. Descriptions on the product page and on gogoodhealth.com are the offer.

Price and payment

Prices are shown on the product page (usually USD). Payment is processed by Gumroad. You receive access/download per Gumroad’s delivery flow after successful payment.

Delivery

Delivery is electronic (download link / library access). If download fails, email us with your order email: hello@gogoodhealth.com.

Refunds

Refund policy is set per product on Gumroad (currently refunds are generally off for live products). Digital goods are delivered immediately; consumer cooling-off rules may be limited once download access is provided, subject to applicable law. If you believe a charge is an error, contact us promptly with order details.

License

You get a personal, non-exclusive license to use the PDF for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the files.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from use of the products. Maximum liability for a purchase is the amount you paid for that product.
